Return & Refund Policy

At Rurai, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your order, here’s how we can help:

1. Return Window


We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, only for:

  • Damaged products

  • Incorrect items delivered (color or type)

  • Most of our products are handcrafted and may vary slightly from images.

Please note: We do not accept returns for size mismatch or slight color variations, as most of our products are handcrafted and may vary slightly from images.

2. Return Process

 

  • Email us at rurai0325@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

  • Our team will assess the request and respond within 48 hours.

  • If approved, we’ll arrange reverse pickup or provide a return address.

  • Once we receive the item and verify its condition, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

3. Refunds


Refunds are issued to the original payment method. For Online orders through UPI, we will request your UPI or bank details for processing.

4. Non-Returnable Items


We do not accept returns on:

  • Custom-made or altered items

  • Used or washed products

  • Terracotta jewellery (due to fragility and hygiene)

5. Cancellations


Orders can be canceled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. To cancel, please email us at rurai0325@gmail.com as early as possible.

6. Exchanges


We currently do not offer exchanges, but you may return eligible products and reorder as needed.
